Delete your account

The fastest way to delete your account is from within the Pro Clubs Hub app:

1. Open the Pro Clubs Hub app and sign in.
2. Go to Settings (the gear icon).
3. Open the Account section.
4. Tap Delete account and confirm.

Once you confirm, your account is hidden straight away and permanently deleted within 14 days. Changed your mind? Sign in again before then and your account is kept.

If you can no longer access the app, you can ask us to delete your account and associated data by emailing support@proclubshub.com from the email address on your account, with the subject line "Delete my account". We will verify your request and delete your data, normally within 30 days.

Your account is permanently deleted within 14 days of your request. When it is deleted:

• Your profile, player archetypes, listings, and feed posts are removed from the Platform (they are hidden from other players as soon as you confirm);
• Your authentication record (email and password) is deleted;
• Messages you sent may remain visible to the other participant until they delete their own side of the conversation, in the same way email survives at the recipient.

To keep the community safe and comply with our legal obligations, we may retain a minimal set of data after deletion:

• Minimal audit logs required to enforce bans and prevent re-registration may be retained for up to 24 months;
• Reports you filed and moderation decisions taken in response to them may be retained as long as reasonably necessary to protect the community.
• An internal record of your request — your username and the reason you gave, if any — is kept for our own analytics. It never includes your email address, your password or your messages.
